Bode Beach

When our client's reached out to us to design their Cape Cod beach house we were booked solid but couldn't pass it up. These client's are dear to our heart and this is their second time trusting our firm to design a new construction home for them. The catch was that most of this was designed from afar as we were on the 2nd half of the pandemic! Our client's completely trusted our vision for the space and this modern coastal abode is a dream, one that we would be thrilled to live in year-round. The soft neutral tones and textures lend to the laid-back beach vibe while the wood and modern lines add interest and an elevated look. Performance fabrics and rugs that are pleasing on bare feet were a must. You may not see shiplap much in our designs, but we loved it incorporated in almost every wall and ceiling in this space because it fit and in some applications installed vertically to add to the modern feeling the space brings. We know our clients and their family will create memories every summer in this beautiful home and we are honored to have a part in creating their surroundings.
