In 2019 our client reached out to us to discuss land their family found to start their new build process but that land didn’t come to be. Another piece of land was meant to be theirs and the summer of 2020 the land was purchased the design began. Our client’s fell in love with home design from their travels in Utah and was able to secure the architect to design their forever home. From the cabinets to millwork, finishes and furnishings we designed it all. Our client’s were clear on what they wanted and that made all the difference. The best part, our client’s met this year and half long process with humor, even when the process was met with pandemic delays, issues with trades and some umps in the road. Our goal was to have them move into a fun, approachable and modern home.
